Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on SheetMusicUK.Com. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

The Goods
We endeavor to give as much information as is reasonable about the products we sell. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order, before payment is made. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT if applicable but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order and detailed on our Shipping Policy page.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take as long as 10 days.

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. Please see our Shipping Page for details.

Delivery Times
As we, or our suppliers, hold in stock the majority of goods displayed on SheetMusicUk.Com we are able to ship most orders within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your order and delivery will normally be made within 7 to 10 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and we would ask you to allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. Although we hope you will not feel it necessary, you always have the right to cancel if you cannot wait for delivery.

Risk
Once we have delivered the goods to your door you are responsible for them.

Returns Policy
SheetMusicUk.Com thrives on satisfied customers and we want you to be pleased with every purchase you make. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item you may do so in accordance with our returns policy which is shown below:

Printed Material:
Due to the prevelance of photocopying printed music it can only be returned if we supplied the wrong item.

Other Items (CDs, DVDs etc.):
These can be returned as long as they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return items, as detailed below, within 14 days, we will refund you the price you paid for the item.

Faulty Items:
Faulty items can be returned within 14 days. Please note that we can only accept returns of opened items if they are faulty.

Delivery charges for Returning Goods:
If you are returning an item because it's faulty or we made an error, we will refund you the cost of delivering it (where charged) and your cost to return it. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges.

To return an item, please contact us by e-mail at sales@sheetmusicuk.com. We will then contact you with instructions for returning the item.

General
The terms and conditions shown above do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the terms and conditions as detailed above.
